When should I take my vitamins?

Ideally, take your vitamins in the morning with food. This will maximise absorption and help you get the most out of your vitamins during the day.

Does the capsule contain gelatine?

No. Our capsules are 100% vegetarian.

Are your products Kosher?

Yes. All products only contain Kosher friendly ingredients.

What is the difference between capsules and tablets?

Capsules do not need to use any binding agents, fillers or excipients that are often used in tablets. We only use capsules.

What does NRV mean?

NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value. (It is a replacement term for RDA (recommended daily allowance). NRV is a guideline of the minimum amount of a particular vitamin or mineral required by the average person to stay healthy.

Is it normal for the colour of my urine to turn bright yellow after taking the supplements?

Yes. This is due to the metabolism of certain vitamins in the formulation and their elimination from the body. What your body requires for that day is utilised and the remainder is excreted.

Are payments secure?

When will I receive my first vitamin box?

We ship on the 4th, 10th, 16th, 22nd and 28th of each month. Your first vitamin box will be dispatched on the next ship date after we have received your order. For example, if your order is placed on the 12th, we will ship your first box on the 16th.

My order has not arrived?

Please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your box. Then let us know it hasn’t arrived by sending an email to help@myvitaminbox.com .

How do I cancel?

There's no commitment ever - you can cancel at any time online. However, because we prepare your boxes in advance you'll need to cancel 7 working days before your next bill due date. To cancel, simply log in to your account, select EDIT (your subscription), then select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
